A variety of condos, chalets and private homes are available for rent nightly, weekly or monthly. All properties have a fireplace, washer/dryer, TV and phone. Properties are fully equipped and furnished including linens and kitchen wares. Properties range in size from 2 to 4 bedrooms and many have special features. Nightly prices range from $175 to $300, with weekly rates being from $1,000 to $1,500. Monthly rates vary from $2,800 to $4,000. Amenities within the resort include golf, fishing and hiking.  Antique and craft shopping; white river rafting as well as horseback riding are within minutes of the resort.

The Sky Valley Golf Course is closed for renovations and is schedule to re-open in September, 2007.
